The future for our St Ives based Care Homes...

Cornwall Care secured an option on an area of land and it has recently announced plans to build a new, purpose built care home in the Carbis Bay/St Ives area to replace its two existing homes, Trewartha and Headlands.

Built more than 40 years ago, Cornwall Care acknowledge that the needs of its clients have changed considerably over the years.  It has identified that a new purpose build care home is required to enable them to continue to provide the high standard of care that the people of St Ives and Carbis Bay have come to expect from them.  

Cornwall Care seek permission to build a small retirement community which will include a care home and independent assisted living accommodation.  The site that has been identified is close to the secondary school, off Higher Tregenna Road.
